 Return & Exchange Policy

At CRTFD, we aim to provide a smooth and fair return and exchange process while protecting both our customers and our business. Please read the policy below carefully before placing an order.

📦 Exchanges – Within 24 Hours

We accept exchange requests within 24 hours of receiving your order.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags intact

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery at crtfd.eg@gmail.com

⚠️ Exchange requests made after 24 hours will not be accepted.

💵 Exchange Fees:

  • A flat fee of 150 EGP is applied to all exchange orders.

  • If there's a price difference between the exchanged item and the ne;.w item, the price difference must be paid in addition to the 150 EGP.

  • The customer is responsible for shipping fees for the exchange.

🔄 Refunds – During Delivery Only

We only allow refunds if an issue is identified during delivery and the item is tried on in front of the courier.

To qualify for a refund:

  • The item must have a clear issue while trying it on in the courier’s presence.

  • The item must be returned with the courier immediately — items cannot be sent back later.

If the courier has already left, no refund can be processed.

💰 Refund Payment Terms:

  • All orders are paid by cash only.

  • If a refund is approved, you will not be charged for the item, but you will still need to cover the shipping fee.

🛑 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery

  • Items without original tags

  • Sale items or gift cards

🧾 Damages & Wrong Items

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please inspect and report it immediately while the courier is present so we can evaluate and resolve the issue on the spot.
